Click on the clients name in your list.
2. Under the "Client Credentials" section you can change their email or provide them with a new password. After making the necessary changes click on "Update Credentials" to save.
*If your client would like to update their own password they can do so in their client portal by navigating to their "Profile" tab and using the "Password" section. They will need to know their current password to do this. After filling out all 3 highlighted fields they would need to click "Change" to save.
**Clients cannot update their emails, only the firm can as described in step 2 of this article.
