The planner module has strategies and concept tabs, what is the difference?

In the planner modules, there are 2 tabs. One is called strategies and the other called concepts.

Strategies: Tax saving ideas that the taxpayer is not using (at least not that the software can see) that could be implemented to save tax. It is a choice, the taxpayer can choose to implement the strategy or not.

Concept: An illustration of a tax subject that may or may not pertain to saving money but usually is not a choice the taxpayer has but helps taxpayers understand how tax works. Filing status, Estimated tax payments, auto deductions. Concepts map out questions taxpayers may have about why their tax return outcomes are what they are.
